The consultation approach involves understanding the problem/requirement, conducting GAP Analysis study, defining the stages of implementation, documenting the system and preparing strategy for implementation to give maximum benefit. Dr. Ramesh Lakhe, who holds more than 34 years extensive experience of Industrial, Consultancy, Training, Audit and Research. Dr. Ramesh Lakhe is registered Sr. Consultant, NRBPT (Quality Council of India) and has provided consultancy to more than 200 organizations both from manufacturing & service sectors for process improvement. He is Co-author of Two books; ‘Handbook of Total Quality Management’ & ‘Total Quality Management for Service Sector’ (Published by JAICO Publication). He is active member of various professional associations such as Institution of Engineers, Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering, ISTE etc.
